8.12.08 Colony PCR Gel Results

1% gel, 120 V, 30 minutes, 15 minutes staining. I can make out some product migrating at ~800 bp in lanes 8, 9, and 10, though the positive control appears a little faint and I think I see some very faint product in some of the other lanes. I'm a little suspicious of the PCR. In any case, I'm selecting colonies 7 and 8 (corresponding to lanes 8 and 9) for the diagnostic digest this evening.
