8.9.08 SDS-PAGE Induction Assay

Ran at 200 V for 1 hour, then stained with 0.3% Coomassie for 30 minutes. While the +IPTG lanes appear to have less protein overall, the pattern of both -/+ IPTG lanes are identical. There appears to be no induction.
