Fei Hua (Biology postdoctoral) in collaboration with Dr. Cindy Stokes (Entelos Inc.) Understanding the regulation of apoptosis signaling networks using ODE-based mathematical model in combination with experimental approaches. Current studies focus on Fas-induced apoptosis in human tumor T cell lines. Protein expression levels are genetically manipulated in these cell lines to test some model predictions.
