Web Classes | Aulas na web We at LabPIB believe in the role of Information Technology to create new learning paradigms. This doesn't mean the replacement of the teacher by the machine, but rather a new kind of master-student relationship. Nós no LabPIB acreditamos no papel da Tecnologia da Informação em criar novos paradigmas de aprendizado. Isso não significa a substituição do professor pela máquina, mas sim uma nova forma de relação mestre-estudante. As Salman Khan, founder of Khan Academy, once said "I assign the lectures for homework, and what used to be homework, I now have the students doing in the classroom" (t=6:07 in Let's use video to reinvent education). This is the kind of revolution we would like to foster. Como Salman Khan, fundador da Khan Academy, disse uma vez "eu proponho as aulas como tarefa-de-casa e, o que costumava ser tarefa-de-casa, eu peço para os estudantes fazerem em sala-de-aula" (t=6:07 em Vamos usar o video para reinventar a educação). Esse é o tipo de revolução que gostaríamos de incentivar. Courses | Cursos We at LabPIB are responsible (or co-responsible) for some undergrad and grad level courses, offered periodically at the University of Sao Paulo (in Portuguese only). Nós no LabPIB somos responsáveis (ou co-responsáveis) por alguns cursos de graduação e pós-graduação, oferecidos perdiodicamente pela Universidade de São Paulo.
