9.00 AM - 10.30 AM: Added a brief description for the primary brain vesicles. Found a few useful neuroanatomy articles including :

2.00 -2.40 PM : Put draft document approved and edited by Satya onto openwetware. Will finish the table once I finish cutting --Malisha Hettiarachchi 20:41, 13 December 2010 (EST).
2.40 - 3.30 PM : Completed cutting embryo and filled 4 slides additional to Fabiana's 5 slides. The feedback from these unstained sections was to try to mount the section without stretching it. With this feedback the next few sections had improved and no stretching was evident--Malisha Hettiarachchi 16:00, 14 December 2010 (EST). Tomorrow these sections will be Nissl stained and compared to the cryo-protected sections--Malisha Hettiarachchi 16:00, 14 December 2010 (EST).
3.30 PM onwards: Updated notebook and tidied up H&E protocol.
