Can someone post a key of what each lane is? I assume that the top line of A, T, C, G or A,T,C,G indicates each primer pair and then all 4 primers pairs mixed together. Internal refers to the internal primer pair? The second line refers to the template? P=plasmid DNA and C=cells followed by MC4100 only and water only? But then I find it strange that there is no band when all 4 primer pairs are used and cells with the synchronator are the template. --Reshma 10:07, 7 Jun 2005 (EDT)
