July 1st 2010

  • Used Plate Reader again, after 48 hours had passed
  • Run digestions of 4 random colony strains (2 RFP, 2 death)
  • Miniprep 1.5 mL of innoculation of these 4 colonies
  • Miniprep saved innoculations of pSB1C3 (J04450, p1010) so 6 minipreps total
  • Single and Double Digests of each part, single digests of plasmids
