  • Made -50 and -20 stocks of the 3 innoculated cultures from yesterday- plasmid with J04450, plasmid with p1010, GFP E0840
  • Run gel of 3 reactions- R1 is Ref promoter + RFP, R2 is As promoter + Death, R3 is As promoter + RFP
