(5/30 – 6/2) We looked up protocol for preparing plates and liquid media. Some of the liquid media included PEG/NaCl, while plates included Bordet Bengou Agar Plates. Found information on plaque assays to help with the experiment Continued phage isolation (spun down tubes)
