August 21st, 2011 Worked on Wiki. The gel extractions from August 19th, were amplified again without diluting the dna in 100 microliters. The results will be visualized using gel electrophoresis tomorrow. The two gel fragments used were the original 1-62 construction, and the new 1-62 construction assembled on the 19th.
