9.4.10 Today we did a mini-prep of golT, pgolS + E0420, pgolS + E0430, golB + LamB, and gesABC. Yields were decent with the average being around 280 ng/uL. This was done so that we could collect our inserts and see if they were actually incorporated into the vector that was put into the E. Coli. A PCR was also done as well using VF2/VR primers to amplify the golT, pgolS + E0420, pgolS + E0430, golB + LamB, and gesABC. This was done as a test to see if the inserts were there or not.
