Paraoxon assay

- Used 3 ml cultures as starter

- diluted to OD 6, 3 ml total reaction

- Pick up at 2 PM. Add 50 ul of 20 mM paraoxon to 950 ul culture (OD 0.2)

- incubate @ 30 degrees C 1 hour

- Made slides. viewed under fluorescent microscope in Kron lab.

- Found green cells in...

- western blot to quantify?
