LovTAP
- We have a trouble with LovTAP system. Our system to repress and repressor is not 100% effective, because always is an expression independent of light reception.
General
- Efficiency of Quantum Yield could be possible in our system.
- There is an optional green light receptor and transcriptional response by same system.
