Pick of colonies of the petri dish with iGEM parts Today I pick the colonies of the petri dish with iGEM parts(was maken on june 29) and grow in new petri dishes. Method 1. Take a colonie of petri dish with iGEM parts with a sterile toothpick. 2. Make lines with the sterile toothpick in the new dishes petri. New petri dishes Petri dish control 1- LB medium with Ampicillin 1μl/ml. Petri dish J23103- LB medium with Ampicillin 1μl/ml + E. coli with the iGEM part J23103. Petri dish J23104- LB medium with Ampicillin 1μl/ml + E. coli with the iGEM part J23104. Petri dish J23105- LB medium with Ampicillin 1μl/ml + E. coli with the iGEM part J23105. Petri dish J23106- LB medium with Ampicillin 1μl/ml + E. coli with the iGEM part J23106. Petri dish J23107- LB medium with Ampicillin 1μl/ml + E. coli with the iGEM part J23107. Petri dish J23108- LB medium with Ampicillin 1μl/ml + E. coli with the iGEM part J23108. Petri dish J23109- LB medium with Ampicillin 1μl/ml + E. coli with the iGEM part J23109. I did the transformation of the iGEM part I20260, because I do not see colonies in the last transformations of this part. Petri dish control 2- LB medium with Kanamycin 1μl/ml. Petri dish I20260- LB medium with Kanamycin 1μl/ml + E. coli with the iGEM part I20260.
