Regrowing PLasmid PBBRMCS-5 in E. coli BL21-DE3

2 tubes with 5 mL of liquid LB and 5 μL of gentamicin with E. coli BL21-DE3 containing the Plasmid PBBRMCS-5.

1 tube with 5 mL of liquid LB and 5 μL of gentamicin as a control.

Leave for 12 hours and the extract the plasmid.
