Accomplishments

• Ligation of genes into plasmids (1a)
• Transformation of plasmids into bacteria
  • Growth of bacteria colonies will indicate whether both ligation and transformation are successful since the plasmid contains AMP resistance. If successful, then we have four more genes to ligate, and the four more plasmids to transform for tomorrow
• Template work: Created table prototype that will eventually be used on the parts page
