  • New T9002 electroporated on Friday will be used tomorrow

J37016 Testing

  • Not successful, did not show any significant change
  • Will try again tomorrow

S01656 Testing

  • Didn't realise that kanamycin in the S01656 would kill the T9002 cells
  • Discarded all of the bacteria
  • Will try again tomorrow

  • Replate both cultures since the initial ligation plates were full of colonies
