Goals This Week

  • Fold design 5. Will fold without lids - no aptamers, inside aptamers, outside aptamers. Aptamers here simply refer the the dna ligands we plan to cut with restriction enzymes.
  • Fold design 5 lids
  • Fold with biotin for Tiff's protocol
  • PEG fractionation
  • Prepare to repeat Tiff's experiments
