Freezer Stocks - Streaked Plates Culture from freezer stocks grew well. Our streaking still needs a bit of improvement. Plates were sealed with parafilm and stored at 4ºC. Competent Cell Preparation Inoculated 5mL LB from streaked glycerol stocks of DB3.1 and DH5α (streaked 090513) at 3:25PM. Left in shaking incubator overnight at 30°C.
