Entry title All amp. plates from yesterday had growth suggesting that vector DNA was all that was taken. PACYC plate had no growth. Started a positive control to ensure the competency of the BL21 cells. Positive control DNA was TesA on chlor vector 3 μL of TesA in 50 μL competent cells
