Mara Peterson - 02/03/15 Liquid samples (1) and (2) were pelleted by Ben Nyer, three tubes of each were made in the previous lab session. Sample (1): Sample (2): The pellets were resuspended and then combined into one tube for each (1) and (2). The mini-prep kit was used to elute the plasmid DNA.
