GALAXY Trial 1

  • First run through GALAXY on HepG2 Hotspots 1. I ended up with 5,549 promoter regions that contain the H3K27me3 signal. This tells me that I may need to either raise the score cutoff or signal value cutoff (or a combination of the both). HepG2 seems to still be in question...
