DNA concentration of KAH126-MV2

Overview I currently have a large stock of KAH126-MV2 at 809 ng/µL. I want to concentrate it further to about 2400 ng/µL. Will follow the procedure given in the GenElute HP Endotoxin-Free Plasmid Maxiprep Kit. Starting volume of plasmid is 300 µL, final volume is 100 µL. DNA Concentration Sample ID Conc. (ng/µL) st dev (ng/µL) A260/A280 KAH126-MV2 original 642.4 26.43 1.91 KAH126-MV2 precip 2256.7 35.76 1.90 KAH126-MV2 1:10 dil 166.5 4.18 1.78 Final concentration is between 1660 ng/µL and 2257 ng/µL. I'm going to guess it's about 2000 ng/µL.
