Summary Passaged K562 cells from PS-β to PS-1. To do next Monday: Measure K562 cell density, passage from PS-1 to PS-2, split off a fraction for nucleofection on Tuesday. Ideal concentration before nucleofection is between 2E5 and 5E5 cells/mL, so dilute the split fraction to between 1E5 and 2E5 in antibiotic-free medium on Monday.
