Transformation of DPRE/HoxD11.12 Plasmid name: DPRE BioBrick name: BBa_J176033 Benchling link: DPRE Ampicillin resistance Length of plasmid: 1740 bp + 3200 bp V0120 backbone = 4940 bp Transformation done on 3/23/2015 Result for Plate 1: Medium growth over the plate. Lack of high growth may be related to plasmid's age (last cloned in 2011). Overall success. Result for Plate 2: No growth anywhere. Success.
