Entry title

  • Did restriction/ digest on KAH 9/ KAH 10
  • Used both tubes KAH9/KAH 10A, KAH 9B, KAH 10B
  • Incubated for 20 mins. to ensure effectiveness
  • Ran gel for 20 mins. AT 100V
  • 1KBT 9A 10A 9B 10B
  • Added 8ul of ladder, 15ul of dna
  • Gel was unsuccessful, so will have to redo.
