Overview

The Type IIS digestion/ligation followed by PCR didn't work out. I'm going to go ahead and grow up cultures from the BioBricks cloning of KAH57 & KAH104 and try a plasmid miniprep followed by digestion tomorrow.

Cultures started:

  • KAH57_v0120
  • KAH104_v0120
  • pMaxGFP
  • BioBrick cloning attempt (3 colonies)

For a total of 6 cultures.
