Summary Checked Plates. Made Liquid Cultures. ~100 colonies on experimental plates. No growth on negative control. Liquid cultures made with 3mL LB Amp liquid media per colony. One colony per plate was picked. Streak plates were made. Left in shaker at 244rpm and 37°C overnight.
