mm/dd/yyyy Because the gel from Wednesday looked weird, I recut J06702 with just EcoRI or with E and X. I ran them on a gel along with uncut plasmid The band should be 3024bp but it's closer to 4kb. I don't know what happened. I will try the ligation and then sequence. I'll also send the original miniprep off for sequencing.
