Transfected Gal4+puro and Luc14 cells with g031 and 34. Did two transfections per cell line per gRNA, put both transfections in the same 10cm plate. Transfected with 18ug of plasmid, reduced the number of cells I used for Luc14 to try to get higher efficiency.
