03/09/2015 Restriction digest of KAH60 and pMaxGFP 6.2 to see why the KAH60-transfected cells aren't expressing mCherry. Cut about 0.5ug each, ran single cuts and uncut. All lanes were the same uncut vector, correct size. KAH60 looks good.
