03/08/2015 Checked GFP and mCherry fluorescence of pMaxGFP 6.2 or KAH60 transfected Luc14 and Gal4-EED cells. pMaxGFP cells are green, both lines took some nice images, can do flow tomorrow to get transfection efficiency KAH60 cells are not red will check plasmid with a digest tomorrow, maybe plasmid isn't there will do flow tomorrow to see if it's just faint will do luciferase assay to see if removing dox opens chromatin and if maybe KAH60 is opening chromatin just not red Replaced media on gRNA transfected cells at 9pm, didn't wash
