    • Molecular mechanisms of repair of oxidative DNA damage using the Comet-FISH approach
      • Designed the Comet-FISH approach with strand-specific probes
      • Designed and synthesized strand-specific probes for Comet-FISH
      • Documented transcription-coupled repair of 8-oxoGuanine
      • Demonstrated that CSB, RNA Pol II and UVSSA are required for the pathway


    • Real-time multiplexed cellular imaging with bioconjugated polyfluorophores
      • Designed the strategy of multiplexed cellular imaging with polyfluorophores
      • Synthesized polyfluorophores on a DNA backbone
