Note: This solution has to be made new everytime it is used
- Use 2% L-Cysteine hydrochlordie monohydrate
Steps
1. Mix 100mL of DH2O with 2g of Cysteine hydrochlordie monohydrate
2. Bring the pH to 7.8 using NaOH
