For Plan A：Subculturing + Seeding cell + Cell Treatment
cell count: 644
96 well plate: 9x105cells/well
Calculate the volume of cell solution added. After cell seeding, place in incubator overnight to allow cell growth.
Then do the same treatment as Plan A for the MTT test. Allow for cell growth for 24hrs.
For Plan B: Cell Treatment
Do the same treatment as Plan B for the MTT treatment. Allow for cell growth for 24hrs.
