Prepared TEM Grids

  • 2D10/2E6: BM24 (15_65), 1:5 dilution with FOB20

Observed Grids

  • 2D10 BM24 control: better sample concentration than 2D6 and 2D8, 40 images
  • 2E6 BM24 control: fine grid, 100 images
  • 2A8 BM2 with 144nM DAPI: no origamis on the grid
