Folded BM24

According to standard procedures
prepared prestocks:

• core (103 staples)
• helix 4 (8 staples)
• helix 5 (8 staples)
• helix 7 (7 staples)
• helix 8 (8 staples)
• helix 20 (8 staples)
• helix 22 (8 staples)
• helix 23 (7 staples)
• helix 29 (8 staples)
• biotin adapters (7 staples)
  

Then, working stock BM24 was mixed, including all these prestocks. Two different folding ramps were tested, 15_65 and 2D_H3_M_L. For each ramp, two folding batches were prepared.
