Prepared Grids for TEM

According to standard procedures
filtered BM2 was diluted 1/5 with FOB20
samples:

  • BM2 control without DNA-binders
  • BM2 with 6µM EtBr
  • BM2 with 12µM EtBr
  • BM2 with 2.4µM spermine
  • BM2 with 4.8µM spermine
  • BM2 with 0.9nM DAPI
  • BM2 with 1.8nM DAPI
