Measurement of DAPI Concentration Series for the Helix MH255/256 in Real Time PCR

• For description of preparation see 2011/08/23.
• There was no significant correlation between the DAPI concentration and FRET efficiencies detectable.
• Probably, concentrations of fluorescent dyes were to low to be detected by Real Time PCR.

Preparation of Samples for TEM

The major bands of the agarose gel from 2011/08/29 were prepared for observation via TEM. The samples are:
BM1 2DH3ML, BM2 2DH3ML, BM1 5DH3ML, BM2 5DH3ML
Sample preparation was done according to standard protocol
Grids could not be observed, since TEM does not work at the moment.
