Summary/Discussion

The results for the trials on rats showed insignificant changes, while all of the trials on humans showed significant results. The P-Test value for the study conducted on rats was 0.8674 (a number over 0.05). All P-Test values for the trials for Lipopolysaccharide in humans was below 0.05. Overall, the test in rodents showed that there was no significant amounts of inflammation when the drug was taken, while in humans there was a significant positive correlation between the given doses and the level of inflammation.
