AnalysisExperiment 1 Anova Test: P value = 1.40083E16 Bonferroni Corection: 8.33E03 PostHoc Test TTests Corrected PValue Is it Significant Experiment 2 Ttest on the rat data: p= 0.867403497 Summary/DiscussionExperiment 1 The p value for experiment 1 is statistically significant, as shown in the ttest and graph of the humans trials. This means that there is a significant effect of LPS on the Inflammotin protein between 0 mg and 10 mg in humans. By checking all the possible ttests with the corrected p values, all the ttests prove that there is a significant effect of LPS and dose. Experiment 2 The p value for experiment 2 is not statistically significant, as shown in the ttest and graph of the rat trials. This means there is not a significant effect of LPS on the Inflammotin protein between 0mg and 10mg in rats.
