• PCR was run in a gel that showed the primers with extensions were not replicated but the primers without extensions were, our DNA was also still very concentrated and base pair length was not what was expected, (gel read 600-800 and ~1800 was expected). The temperature gradient also showed the best performance came from the highest temperature, (insert temp after checking lab notebook)
• Another PCR was run Thursday of just the primers without extensions, but run at a higher temperature gradient by ~4°.
