Tuesday 3/24 Josh and Casy The DNA samples stored in isopropanol were centrifuged, washed with ethanol, and dried. Dissolved in 20μL of water. A gel was ran with 2μL of DNA from each sample. Of the four samples, the first two were ran undigested. The other two were digested with EcoR1. The digested DNA was fragmented, indicating that the samples did contain DNA. However, no comparison could be made as to the purity of the undigested samples. Oggie Dissolved nprE primers in U.V. treated H2O to achieve a concentration of 100μM Stored oligos at -20°C
