Entry title Derek and Casy Today we ran the gel for the PCR we prepared on Thursday. Our samples were inconclusive, however the Onion group's sample proved that the PCR is working and the mastermix is fine. On Thursday we will be repeating the PCR for BBa_1765001 (#5 and #7). Oggie, Josh, and Katy We revived the newly acquired B. subtilis strain 168 using TSB broth on LB plates Tested our primers using the tools on IDT Josh & Katy will come on Wednesday to inoculate our new bacteria so we can start extracting the DNA on Thursday
