Cloning of Atrolysin A from Crotalus atrox

Destination Plasmid Digestion On Tuesday, November 27, we ran a gel on the plasmid digestion that was done on November 15. The insert size is about 1200 bp in length and the backbone is 4425 bp in length. There were bands that appeared at the 1200 bp size and at the 3000+ bp size. The ladder was a 1000 bp ladder. From these results it is assumed that the digestion worked. This destination plasmid will be keep in storage for future classes to use.
