Transformation for ligation from last experiment

  • transformed the ligations(7 tubs) into C.C with 2 +control(4b and 4a) and one -control(H2o)
  • cultured them in the amp lb plates, and 2 plate without amp(one of only C.C, one is for half of -control)
  • incubate plate @37c
