Week of waiting This week we got in touch with the people at the biobrick labs to order another part (BBa_J37015) and to see what is happening with the other parts that were ordered by us and Group 13. We were told that our parts were going to be here tomorrow (Friday) but just found out the order has been canceled. Today, we did another mini prep to isolate our lux promoter part plasmid, so that it would be ready to use when our other parts had arrived. We are talking with the people at iGEM now, and will hopefully have results by next week.
