Entry title This week we took the t-vector colonies that we cultured on the selective medium plates from last week and picked four colonies from each plate and allowed them to grow in liquid cell culture. Ten of the 16 liquid cultures show growth. We created glycerol stock for each of those 10 cultures and also did a miniprep for those same 10 samples.
