Comparative genomics and evolutionary systems biology
Our group is primarily interested in interested in understanding how evolution shapes biological networks and ultimately how it affects organism phenotypes. To achieve this goal, we integrate a variety of high-throughput data using computational biology and bioinformatics methods.
