2/25/2015 Inverts and verts were very good, but vertebrates should have been their own entry. The methods would describe when you observed your transect and the weather, and if you actually saw the organisms you listed or if some were inferred, and the evidence for that.

2/15/2015 Excellent! Try to identify your flowering plant for your lab manual. It is fairly unique looking. The goal is to determine the Genera for all of your plants, though that can be tough for the grasses. LS

2/6/2015 You need to add much more detail. For the wet mount and gram stain, you should describe the methods so that someone else could repeat them. You also needed to include the two tables from your lab manual. Look at the entries of your other group members to see what your entry should look like. LS

1/30/2015 For lab 1, you covered the main points but are missing a map of your transect. For lab 2, we were looking at protists and algae, not bacteria! Remember that protists are eukaryotes and bacteria are not. You need a more detailed description of what your Hay infusion looked like after 1 week, and descriptions of the protists. The lab manual asked for length, motile or non-motile, photosynthesizing or not, and a photo or drawing. LS
